The River Fal City to Sea experience is a wholly water-based adventure. It involves a day of exploration along parts of the beautiful River Fal and the River Truro. Available all year and suitable for all ages above 8 years.
This is a tide dependent journey, which itself is an education for some. We embark from Boscawen Park in our rafted canoes at the highest state of the tide. On this first stage of the trip we follow the River Truro passing sites of naval battles and ancient literary ferry passages. The first part of the journey complete, we approach the confluence of the River Fal. The River Fal flows through a stunning oak bounded valley, home to places of espionage, free-trading and movie-sets. The journey ends when we reach the sea at Loe Beach.
