Visits to Big Cities and Events

Visits to Big Cities, Major Events and Significant Travel Hubs
The Terrorist Threat

This CPD event intends to provide visit leaders with information and updates to assist in their planning for visits to large cities, major events (such as cultural or sporting events) or significant travel hubs (Heathrow and similar).

Visits to Big Cities

The intention is to move from an irrational fear of terrorism to a rational concern thereby allowing for effective planning and for confident and effective communication with parents/carers and other stakeholders as to the benefits of these important educational experiences for young people.
