The information will be used to provide you with the Cornwall Outdoors service requested as appropriate. Cornwall Outdoors will always comply with the General Data Protection Regulation, and the Data Protection Act.

We will only retain your personal information provided for the duration of service provision and in line with TTF data retention policy after which time it will be destroyed in a secure manner. Whenever your information is required, we will always clearly set out how long we need to retain the data. Educational Visit information will be retained for 7 years. Financial records will be retained for 7 years.
