Gorge walking and Climbing Day with the Delaware Centre

We think we've found the perfect day out. Get into a wetsuit, put on a buoyancy aid and don a big helmet. What next... well let's try and walk up that river; waterfalls and all. The Delaware Centre and Cornwall Accessible Activities Programme (CAAP) worked together to give it a go with some willing students this August, deep in the heart of Dartmoor where the rivers run rapid, Gorge-walking is where all the fun is.

Build a traverse wall in your school grounds

Traverse walls are great fun and develop a wide range of physical and mental skills and abilities in young people. Climbing holds can be attached to existing walls or can be on freestanding structures. They are low maintenance and weatherproof. In consultation with school staff and students, we will design and install your wall then train your staff to deliver this exciting and challenging activity.
